This Privacy Policy is applicable whenever you access or use our website www.bizhelp.co.in and its associated mobile/web applications (collectively the "Platform") for any GeM portal services, tender management, or government procurement consultancy. This Platform is operated by Bizhelp Technology and Advisory Private Limited, also referred to as "Company," "Bizhelp," "our," "we," or "us." It governs the use of our Platform and Services and, together with the Terms of Use, forms a legally binding agreement between Bizhelp Technology and Advisory Private Limited and its Users.

Your use of the Platform implies that you either own or have legitimate authorization to use and share the required information on the Platform. 1.1 As part of using our Platform or Services — including GeM registration, GeM portal account management, and government tender participation — we gather various details including but not limited to your mobile number, email address, GSTIN Number, signature, company letterhead, cancelled cheque, photograph, PAN CARD, and additional certificates or KYC documents relevant to bidding. These documents help us verify your identity and deliver our GeM consultancy services accurately.
1.2 If you submit your GSTIN details during the account setup process, please understand that it is a voluntary disclosure. Your GSTIN details are needed primarily for KYC purposes and for the submission of bids or tenders.
1.3 The mobile numbers and email addresses you supply on our Platform are collected and utilized for various forms of communication with you.
1.4 Information Collected Through Platform Interaction: During your visits to our Platform or when you use our Services, we capture specific details of your interactions. This includes the web pages you browse, your IP address, the links and actions you engage in, your browser type, your device's unique identifier, and device-related information like operating system, browser plug-ins, system crashes, activity, and hardware settings. We also gather location-based data, the time and date of your requests, the referral URL, and cookie data that uniquely identifies your browser or mobile application, including your browsing history.
1.5 Information from Third-Party Providers: We may access and retrieve your information held by third-party providers, such as the KYC Registration Agency, the Goods and Services Tax Network (GSTN), and the National Informatics Centre. This can include your name, KYC details and status, father's name, occupation, address, and associated documentation. By using our Services, you grant us permission to download and retrieve your information from these and other governmental or statutory bodies, including but not limited to GSTN and NIC.

Your personal and financial information is neither sold nor shared with any external parties for commercial gain. The following outlines how BizHelp India uses your data strictly for delivering GeM portal services, tender management, and government procurement consultancy.

2.1.1 We will utilize your information for managing your account, for communication purposes, and to operate, enhance, and provide our Platform and Services effectively. This use aims to offer you a personalized and interactive experience while you engage with our Platform and use our Services.
2.1.2 Your information will be used to maintain secure and confidential records of your interactions and transactions, in compliance with relevant legal requirements.
2.1.3 We may engage third-party service providers to assist in delivering the Platform and Services. These providers are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of your information.
2.1.4 Operational Efficiency: We utilize your information to fix software issues, improve operational functionality, carry out data analyses, testing, and research, and to monitor usage and trend patterns. 2.3 When you opt for Services from our Strategic Partners or third-party service providers via the Platform, their privacy policies will apply to your information. We are not accountable for the privacy practices of these Strategic Partners or third-party service providers.
2.4 We reserve the right to share, transfer, or assign your information to other business entities in scenarios like mergers, sales, reorganizations, amalgamations, joint ventures, assignments, restructuring, or the transfer or disposition of any part of our business.

SR Group Services for Bids/Tenders Participation

3.1 Authorization for Bid/Tender Participation Services: The services for participating in bids and tenders, specifically the filing process, are offered by our partner SR GROUP, known as "Bizhelp," via our Platform. As a recognized and certified consultancy specializing in bid and tender management, Bizhelp handles the entire process. You grant Bizhelp the authority to obtain and gather your personal and other relevant data to deliver e-filing services, register you as a client, retrieve your participation details through procurement portals, provide e-filing access for your bids and tenders, and manage, store, and process your information and documentation necessary for bid participation. Additionally, you permit Bizhelp to execute any supplementary tasks required to fulfill its role as a professional and expert consultancy.
