BizHelp was founded in 2017 to make government procurement accessible to every Indian business. The Government e-Marketplace (GeM) opened public buying to MSMEs, but the process around it — registration, vendor assessment, ATC clauses, technical compliance and documentation — remained complex and largely undocumented in Indian languages. BizHelp was built to close that gap.

Over the last eight years, we have supported more than 10,000 businesses, completed 9,000+ GeM registrations and published over 2.5 lakh product catalogues on the portal. Our clients have secured government contracts worth over ₹1,050 Crore across Defence, Indian Railways, Health, IT and Electronics, and multiple state departments.

Our work spans four areas: GeM consulting from registration to order fulfilment, structured training for seller teams, our own technology products, and business compliance support. The company is incorporated in New Delhi as a DPIIT-recognised startup and registered MSME, and serves clients across every Indian state and union territory.

We also build our own procurement software — OEM Analytics for brand and OEM intelligence, and BidHelp.ai, our AI tender analyser built for Indian portals and Indian languages.
