This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted, the procedures for requesting a refund, and the timeframes involved.

🔁 Eligibility for Refund

We strive to maintain customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our training services, refunds are limited to certain situations. A refund may be issued only under the following conditions:

✅ Valid Grounds for Refund

  1. Pre-training Cancellation by Participant:
    If a participant registers and pays for a training program but decides to cancel their registration at least 48 hours before the training start date, they may be eligible for a refund.
  2. Training Cancellation by Bizhelp:
    In the rare case where a scheduled training session is cancelled by us due to unforeseen reasons (e.g., trainer unavailability, technical issues, insufficient registrations), a full refund will be offered to registered participants.
  3. Double Payment or Transaction Failure:
    If a participant is charged twice for the same training or experiences a technical error leading to overpayment, a refund will be processed upon verification.
