We believe in transparency and fairness in all our interactions with clients and learners. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted, the procedures for requesting a refund, and the timeframes involved.
🔁 Eligibility for Refund
We strive to maintain customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our training services, refunds are limited to certain situations. A refund may be issued only under the following conditions:
✅ Valid Grounds for Refund
- Pre-training Cancellation by Participant:
If a participant registers and pays for a training program but decides to cancel their registration at least 48 hours before the training start date, they may be eligible for a refund. - Training Cancellation by Bizhelp:
In the rare case where a scheduled training session is cancelled by us due to unforeseen reasons (e.g., trainer unavailability, technical issues, insufficient registrations), a full refund will be offered to registered participants. - Double Payment or Transaction Failure:
If a participant is charged twice for the same training or experiences a technical error leading to overpayment, a refund will be processed upon verification.
❌ Non-Refundable Scenarios
Please note that no refund shall be issued under the following circumstances:
- If a participant fails to attend the live or recorded sessions without prior written intimation.
- If the request is made after the training has already started.
- If the participant is dissatisfied with the course content but attended more than 20% of the sessions.
- If the participant does not utilize the training materials, resources, or assignments after registration.
- If the cancellation is requested less than 48 hours before the training schedule.
📬 How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be sent in writing via email to:

- Registered Mobile Number
- Transaction ID / Payment Receipt
- Training Batch Name and Date
- Reason for the Refund Request
Once we receive your request, we will review and respond within 2 to 3 business days.
⏱ Refund Timeline and Mode
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method (e.g., UPI, bank transfer, credit card).
- You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once the refund has been processed successfully.
🔄 Transfer and Substitution Policy
- Paid fees cannot be transferred to another individual without written approval from Bizhelp.
- However, we may consider transferring your enrollment to the next training batch, provided the request is made before the current batch begins. This will be subject to management’s discretion.
